new old kid on the blog, with an occasional old or new poem written off the old writer's block
Poetry will never exceed demand.
But poetry must always exceed demand,or what's a heaven for?
OK sluggers, there's only one way to settle this argument--shake hands and come out punching!
If this keeps up, we are not going to need to have any needs left over, after the poetry gets through with us.
You're right, Tom, about poetry doing us in, but sadly, there's only one cure: We have to make it stop need(l)ing us!
