new old kid on the blog, with an occasional old or new poem written off the old writer's block
Stopped by your yard today, saw you at work.My garden's waterlogged, wordweeds taking over.(Too much pouring ...not enough mindscraping.)I watch yours,in awe.
Beautiful! Were you thinking of Kazantzakis? The poem took me back to the luminous experience of reading his book The Rock Garden... in itself a raking of my mind scape this sunny morning. Thanks, Vassilis!
Annie,The ultimate compliment--your complementary poem, for which I thank you.Joe,Bull's eye! Thanks for hitting the target i.e. The Rock Garden--one of Kazantzakis' lesser known works but as you say, one of his most luminous.
Nice one!! :)
Thanks, Aleksandra--nice to have you back!
