Interesting observation, Conrad; brings to mind what Nicholas Guillen had to say about "pure poetry": "Pure poetry is what is left in the poem after eliminating everything that is not poetry."
Elisabeth--The phrase "Many have been rejected" also refers to "poets"!

All those rejections, Vassilis, my own and those from others, many more words than have been accepted I suspect.
