When impermanence states
The spoken

Word’s ir-
Revocable, the

Written ir-
Reversible,

Then irresistible

Silence becomes
Our sole constant re-

Minder.

  1. Silence can be so much more powerful than words. We fill in the spaces of silence. We imagine and thereby clutter up the gaps. Thanks Vassilis.

Your poems always suggest other ways of looking at a thing. Keep 'em comin', Vassilis!

  3. Somehow the fragmented line-endings and title suggest children to me.

I agree with Elisabeth & Awyn: your poems mean the very thing they describe, with lots of space for imagination, too.

  4. Friends,

Reading your comments, I am reminded that a poem is only as effectual as its readers are in rendering it; in this case, I am fortunate in having three very perceptive ones. Thank you!
