Thanks again, my old friend but if anybody deserves to be congratulated, it should be Guy Davenport, whose 1964 "Carmina Archilochi" I once stumbled upon in a used bookstore and promptly gobbled up--great work by an immensely talented guy and not just as a translator. The first link is to one of Archilochos' longest poem and the second to some information about Guy, which I'm almost positive you are already familiar with.
Good reference to Archilochos. Always good to be reminded to [re]read the greats.
